At the very least, these participants can be identified, and the hand-offs they make to each other can be documented in process deployment flows that document who makes hand-offs to whom.

Then, once the hand-offs are established, the detailed steps in each hand-off can be identified and documented as shown below where an individual step is identified, illustrated, and explained step by step.

  1. Click OK.The CSR displays.
  2. Compare the CSR to the LOA.
  3. Check to see if feature code NPU is listed. If code NPU is listed, the account is unpublished.
  4. Save the CSR electronically.
